11 Foods Forbidden for Health

Too much of a good thing is good for nothing. Good frequently is either immoral, or leads to adiposity. You heard such ordinary joke quite often. Really, it often happens that the most tasty products are also the most harmful. In this article we will tell about products which are harmful to our organism, acquaint you with an accustoming mechanism to harmful products and explain the reason of many illnesses caused by improper feeding.

It is not recommended to use following products often:

1. Chewing sweets, a fruit candy in bright packing, “chupa-chups” are harmful products, undoubtedly. Not only that all of them contain large sugar quantity, and also chemical additives, dyes, substitutes and so on.

2. Chips, both corn, and potato - are very harmful to an organism. Chips are anything other, as a mix of carbohydrates and fat, in a cover of dyes and taste substitutes. Fried potato consumption will also bring no use.

3. Sweet aerated drinks – a mix of sugar, chemistry and gases – to distribute harmful substances in an organism faster. Coca-Cola, for example, is a remarkable means against limy scum and rust. Think properly before sending such liquid in a stomach. Besides aerated sweet drinks are harmful also due to high concentration of sugar - in an equivalent four-five teaspoons, diluted in a water glass. Therefore it is not necessary to be surprised that, satisfying thirst with such aerated water, you wish to drink again in already five minutes.

4. Chocolate bars. This huge quantity of calories in a combination to chemical additives, genetically modified products, dyes and aromatizers.

5. Special question – sausage variety. Sausages and other meat delicacies remain one of the most harmful products in modern gastronomic assortment. They contain so-called latent fats (a pork skin, fat, interior fat), all this is veiled with aromatizers and substitutes of tastes. Development of gene engineering undoubtedly plays a huge positive role in medicine, but also has a reverse of the medal. And a negative is that more and more manufacturers of products passes to genic-modified raw materials. So sausages consist of transgene soya on 80 % (!).

6. Not only sausages are harmful, fat meat itself is not a useful product for an organism. Fats bring cholesterol which hammers in vessels, than accelerates ageing and raises risk of cardiovascular system diseases occurrence.

7. Mayonnaise. Cooked in home conditions and used “in grammes”, it does not bring special harm to our organism. But as soon as we begin conversation on the fabric-made mayonnaise, or on the dishes containing mayonnaise it is necessary to expose at once a tablet “life-threatening”. Mayonnaise is a very high-calorie product, besides it contains large quantity of fats and carbohydrates, and also dyes, sweeteners, substitutes and so on. Therefore think once again when you add mayonnaise to fried potato. Special concentration of harm is in hamburgers, sandwiches generously flavoured with mayonnaise.

8. Number of harmful products concerns not only mayonnaise, but also ketchup, various sauces and refuellings, presented on counters of our shops in wide assortment. The maintenance of dyes, substitutes of tastes and the genic-modified products in them is, unfortunately, also high.

9. It is necessary to note also products of little use in food: noodles of fast cooking, numerous soluble soups, mashed potatoes, soluble juices. They all are a continuous chemistry doing doubtless harm to your organism.

10. Salt. It is often named a white death. Salt lowers pressure, breaks salt-acidic balance in an organism, promotes congestion of toxins. Therefore if you cannot refuse it, try at least not indulging yourself with excessively salty dishes.

11. Alcohol. Even in minimum quantities it disturbs assimilation of vitamins. Besides alcohol contains a lot of calories. It is not necessary to tell about influence of alcohol on liver, kidneys, you perfectly know about it. Also it is not necessary to rely that the certain quantity of alcohol goes on advantage. All this takes place only at the reasonable approach to its use (quite seldom and in small doses).
